Max and the Tulip

 

Max is always checking out everything. And I love taking pictures of him doing it - and blowing them up so he is way bigger than life size on them!!! Right now I'm really into the look of stamping flowers with acrylic paint and then outlining them with a pen - gives it a nice feel. And I love that I accidentally printed the title like that so it was perfectly aligned with the line and the heart - sometimes things just happens out of the blue that really works!
Again I used my Canon Pixma IP 6700D printer - love that I can print small pictures like the ones used on this layout!

• English version: Max is the big explorer whenever he gets to run around on the kitchen table. He checks everything out - probably mostly to see if anyhing is edible. And this time he was lucky. On the table he fund some tulips where some of the leaves were hanging down in just the right height for a hamster. So he sat down, took hold of the leaf with both front paws and started digging in.
  I considered for a sec if tulips are toxic - but decided that they're probably not and hurried to get some pictures of him because he looked so cute in his dark grey fur with the tulip leaf firmly held in both paws. Unbelievable how much that chubby little boy has changed in both size and color since we got him!

  Max er den store udforsker, når han får lov til at løbe rundt på køkkenbordet. Han tjekker alting – nok primært for at se om noget kan spises. Og denne gang var han heldig. På bordet stod nemlig en buket med tulipaner, hvor nogle af bladene hang ned i, hvad der viste sig at være hamsterhøjde. Så Max satte sig til rette, tog fat i bladet med begge forpoter og begyndte at guffe i sig…
  Jeg overvejede kort, om tulipaner mon var giftige – men besluttede, at det var de nok ikke og skyndte mig at tage billeder af ham, for han så bare så nuttet ud i sin mørkegrå pels med tulipanbladet knuget i poterne. Utrolig hvor meget den lille tykke dreng har ændret sig i både størrelse og farve siden vi fik ham!
