The Pig and Old Square
This double page layout is actually about two different subjects but they are facing each other and in this type of album I like the facing pages to be similar. So because of that I've used the same materials but made them with different looks.
You might recognize this pig from the first page of Praque and here it is again - we really liked this pig and had a blast taking these pictures! And for those of you reading the journaling, Møffe is sort of a pet name for a pig in Denmark - and Peder always uses it when he encounters a pig!
Materials:
- Cardstock: Club Scrap Fizz and Steppin' Out
- Patterned Paper: Basic Grey Stella Ruby
- Font: Mom's Typewriter and Bradley Hand ITC

Page 1: From the Charles Bridge we followed the huge crowd of people towards Old Square - just about a billion other people had the same idea so it wasn't at all hard to find it; if you stopped walking you were almost carried along, so many people walked this way..
At Old Square we sat down at a cafe right across the astronomical clock, ordered pie and something to drink, got the tripod ready so we could get picture in the dark - and then waited for the clock to strike. We were so totally ready - and then nothing! Suddenly the clock stroke - and nothing moved anywhere at all... Complete anti-climax!
On the other hand a bunch of spanish students in capes and with guitars and everything song and played for people in the different cafes and that brought back some of the mood. But we were still very disappointed!
Page 2: On our way back from Old Square to the tram stop we passed our friend from the mornig, the pig, Møffe. We had to take supe pictures in the dark - they may not be perfect but the laughs we got because of Møffe was definitely good! Jump Møffe, I'll catch you!!!
When we had said goodbye to Møffe, we walked the last part of the way, got on a tram (without paying because the machine was broke) and got back to the hotel at about 11 pm - end of day one.
