Details from the Eiffel Tower

   

I took a lot of pictures of details of the Eiffel Tower and I decided to scrap these together on a layout.
The layout is based on the same ideas as the layout Kayleigh and her Kong. I really like the way the angles and triangles make the layout flow across the pages so I decided to use the idea again and since the layouts are going to be in two quite seperate albums, it'll work. I actually really like the way this layout turned out. I think the details from the tower shows themself nicely. I had actually not planned so many pictures on page 2 but I think it works so great with all the pictures. So I'm pleased!! ;-)
One of the reasons I love Club Scrap is something I thought a lot about while making this layout. The kit is a sort of Holidays kit - it came back in December 2001 and the paper is still beautiful and works perfectly with this theme. And while I was making this layout I kept thinking of some pictures of my dog on her big pillow... And that's what I'm working on now. So the amazing versatility of the paper from this club - I just love it.

  The Eiffel Tower is just amazing. Lots of interesting angles, structures and architectonic details which I of course had to take pictures of. It's amazing how much the tower changes mood depending on whether the lights are turned on or not. When the lights are turned on, the tower is covered in a golden shine that makes the entire structure lighter and more airily, while it is more bastant and impressive when the lights are turned off.

  Eiffeltårnet er bare fantastisk. Fyldt med spændende vinkler, strukturer og arkitektoniske detaljer, som jeg naturligvis bare måtte fotografere. Det er utroligt, hvor meget tårnet skifter stemning, alt efter om lyset på det er tændt eller ej. Når lyset er tændt, kaster det et gyldent skær over det hele, der på en eller anden måde gør hele strukturen lettere og mere luftig, mens det når lyset er slukket, virker mere bastant og på den måde imponerende.
